The role: As Deputy Manager you will have accountability for each and every area of the restaurant and kitchen operation. You will work with the General Manager to ensure that your restaurant is performing at the highest level You will deliver an exceptional guest experience across each and every shift. You will engage your team to keep them motivated, informed and passionate about your business. You will be passionate about retaining and developing your team, with clear training and succession plans. You will utilise all feedback available to make well informed decisions on how to further improve the guest experience. The ideal candidate: You will be a passionate deputy general manager, a real role model with an appetite for success and the drive to deliver exceptional results. You will be ambitious and hungry to learn this amazing concept. You will always strive to do your best. The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. The ability to recruit, train, mentor, motivate and inspire your team with a focus on development and internal progression. A real passion to provide impeccable service, working hard to maintain and improve performance in order to provide an amazing customer experience. Salary & package: The salary banding for this role is up to £34,400 per annum plus service charge, bonus and an outstanding benefits package. £40K+ OTE If you have the right experience and would like to join this incredible business, please forward your CV.
