We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our client's team for a short-term assignment starting on Monday. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and potentially secure a long-term position with the company.

Job Details:

Start date: Monday
Duration: 4 weeks
Location: Huyton
Job Type: Freelance

Requirements:

Proven experience in main contracting, with a strong track record of managing construction sites and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of site staff and contractors
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Experience with construction management software and systems, including CMU, FIS, and BIM

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day activities of the construction site, ensuring that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project plans and specifications
Coordinate with site staff, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all materials and labor are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
Monitor and report on site progress, including recording daily logs and submitting regular progress reports
Ensure that all site safety procedures are adhered to, and that the site is maintained in a clean and tidy condition
