Senior Resource Advisor

An exciting opportunity for a Permanent Senior Resourcing Advisor / Workforce Planning Advisor. This is not a Talent Acquisition role. You will be part of a critical function, the Resource Management function, ensuring the right people, with the right skills, are available at the right time and location. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver resource management services, driving operational excellence and supporting the organisation's business and talent strategy.Resource Deployment & Utilisation
~ Work closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers to understand project requirements.
~ Planning & Administration
~ make strategic deployment decisions.
~ Talent & Career Development
~ Align staff career development needs with engagement opportunities.
~ Analysis & Process Improvement
~ 3 days per week in the office, 2 days in Milton Keynes, 1 day in Peterborough and 2 days home-based.
What You'll Bring:You must have experience as a Resourcing Advisor who has ideally worked within the professional services industry, Law Firm, Accountancy Organisation, Management Consultancy.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
Strategic thinking in resource deployment and talent management.
