You will play a crucial role in overseeing mechanical installations design phase through to completion. Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource allocation, cost management, and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve project goals.
Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, including profit margins, preliminary costs, and procurement expenses.
Program Implementation: Create detailed project schedules and programs to enable accurate progress monitoring and reporting.
Resource Management: Secure and allocate the necessary resources to effectively and efficiently deliver the project or scheme.
Professional Delivery: Ensure successful project completion within specified constraints while maintaining a professional approach.
Quality Plan Development: Implement and oversee the creation of the Project Quality Plan and Trade Quality Plans.
