Join a modern Build-to-Rent development in East London, featuring 120+ stylish apartments and premium amenities, including a co-working lounge, gym, landscaped gardens, and communal spaces designed to create a vibrant, connected community. As a Resident Host, you’ll be the friendly, approachable face of the building, supporting residents from move-in to long-term tenancy and helping foster a welcoming community Your Responsibilities: Welcome new residents, guide them through move-in, and provide ongoing support throughout their tenancy. Act as the main point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries. Support community engagement through events, activities, and resident initiatives. Coordinate maintenance requests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and help maintain communal areas. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Your Requirements: Experience in BTR/Build to Rent or Residential Lettings Passionate about customer service with strong communication skills. Organised, proactive, and tech-savvy (experience with property management systems is a plus).
