They're now seeking a Programme Manager to oversee all business units, ensuring consistency, resource prioritisation, and alignment with strategic objectives. This is a first of its kind position within the business at its most exciting stage of development.
Working closely with Chief Scientific Officer, you will be the go-to person for planning and communication across the entire R&D team. Overseeing program execution and delivery of R&D objectives, and resource allocation in the Laboratories and between business units. Contributing to the formulation and execution of the overarching research strategy. Managing and prioritising research workload to optimize resource utilisation.
A Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in project management and team leadership, preferably within a research and development setting. Comprehensive knowledge of research methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Gantt charts and Agile principles.
