DIOME is an incredible start-up that develops effective, safe, and science-backed nutraceuticals for a wired-and-tired generation. They are now hiring their first Social Media and Community Manager, and we're looking fora creative thinker with a strong passion for the movements and trends within social media and community building.
You’re the ideal candidate if you'reexcited by the idea of joining as a founding member of the brand and growing your career with DIOME.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Act as our brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values and voice to external audiences.
Create engaging content tailored to each platform (we’ll be active on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) in collaboration with designers and copywriters.
Devise engaging social media-native initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant metrics and tools.
Engage with the community online, managing daily outreach and responding to comments and messages in the brand's tone of voice.
Cultivate relationships with influencers and editors to enhance brand visibility.
Manage the social media budget and optimise ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
Report to Head of Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience working in an early-stage consumer start-up and building and implementing social media strategies and communities.
Existing personal community interested in health and wellness.
Deep understanding of content briefing and optimisation.
Strong creative eye and experience sourcing, briefing and working with creative talent.
Team-player who is confident, kind and personable with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the brand.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
Logistics: Soho office - flexible working arrangements, with 2-3 days per week in the office
