As a Salesforce Consultant at Skyflo Digital, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations — from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, deployment, and user enablement.  Role details: Location: Fully Remote (UK-based) with occasional onsite travel Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Competitive You’ll work across a range of transformation projects including: Customer/citizen case management Public sector portals and Experience Cloud solutions Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and PSS implementations Data integrations and system rationalisation AI-enabled solutions using Agentforce and Einstein Key Responsibilities 🔑 Salesforce Delivery Configure Salesforce across standard clouds such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions Support delivery of Experience Cloud sites, forms, and user journeys Assist in designing solutions that translate business requirements into robust Salesforce functionality Create fields, flows, validation rules, assignment rules, page layouts, record types, permissions, and automations Support data imports, data quality checks, and light troubleshooting activities Arrange and deliver client demos and walkthroughs Client Engagement Take part in discovery workshops and requirements sessions Collaborate closely with Skyflo Architects/CTO, PMs, and other Consultants Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on Salesforce best practice Quality & Delivery Support UAT cycles, fixing issues and refining configuration Follow Skyflo Digital’s delivery governance, standards, and DevOps processes Help ensure that deployments are well-tested, documented, and aligned to project timelines Skills & Experience 📈 Essential 2 years’ experience working with Salesforce Practical experience delivering & supporting Salesforce projects Hands on IT support, service desk, or technical troubleshooting experience Good understanding of core Salesforce capabilities including objects, permissions, flows, record types, case management, and automations Strong written and verbal communication skills A genuine desire to learn, develop, and expand your consulting capability Desirable Experience working with public sector clients and/or regulated environments Exposure to Experience Cloud, Service Cloud & Case Management Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications Understanding of DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.) What We Offer Remote first environment (Occasional client visits for workshops and training) Competitive salary Opportunities for rapid career progression as Skyflo Digital scales Involvement in high-impact, digital transformation programmes Training, certifications, and professional development support A collaborative, friendly, and ambitious delivery culture Ability to work with modern Salesforce products including PSS, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI tooling How to Apply If you’re looking for the next step in your Salesforce career and want to work on meaningful digital transformation across the UK for a growing consultancy, we’d love to hear from you.
