Full Job Description Superb opportunity for an ambitious and experienced ecom manager tojoin a health tech brand. Surrounded by an experienced e-commerce &marketing team you will own the end to end site for a few Globalterritories. This is a hugely successful Global health brand whodesign and develop drug-free tech product to improve peoples health.After x20 years they have had massive growth with exciting plans togrow German and French markets. With a cross functional team in place(CRM, Sales, Marketing) you will lead the ecom management of bothsites. As one of the fastest growing companies they operate and sellacross Amazon, D2C, retail and more channels. You'll be joining anestablished Ecom & digital team to maximise the commercial performanceof the site driving sales and improving journeys.

Therole:

Working closely with the senior manager and head ofEcom to define a robust growth strategy for ecomnWork collaborativelywith country leads in France and Germany to help deliver successfulcampaigns hitting commercial targetsnCreate actional ecommerce growthplans improving the customer journeysnDeliver a conversionoptimisation testing roadmap to ensure that the sites deliver the bestshopping experience for our customer.nReview, critique and presentweekly and monthly performance to the Head of International Marketingand the Senior Leadership Team,nUse analytics, heatmaps and userfeedback to improve the conversion of our websites.nIdentify featuredevelopments that will unlock growthnOwn and optimize the promotionscalendar, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to executeit.

You?

Experienced Ecom broad manager across EUsites including France and GermanynAdvanced numerical and analyticalskills, to manage multiple data sets and drive insight.nExcellentinterpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing thedelivery of insight and presenting to senior Stakeholders.nIn-Depthexperience working with Google Analytics to produce reports, find gapsin the on-site journey and identify opportunities for growth.nAbilityto manage and prioritize multiple executionssimultaneously

Required:n· 4+ years’ experience of owning andoptimising consumer ecommerce or product conversion sites withdemonstrable growth.n· Demonstratable experience running a A/B testingand optimisation initiative.

Desired:n· French or Germanlanguage skills.n· Experience of working across multiple countries aspart of a central team.n· Experience delivering successful digital orecommerce projects across multiple countries andlanguages.

Location: Bracknell x2 days max perweeknAttractive package DOE. £50k - £65k plus bonus, privatehealth
