My client is a market leading wholesaler / manufacturer of a what can be classed as an FMCG product with an emphasis on garments, who are seeking a National Account Manager.
My client is a market leading wholesaler / manufaturer of a what can be classed as an FMCG product with an emphasis on garments. As National Account Manager based in Dudley, reporting to the Managing Director your duties will include:
Full contract and client relationship management and responsibility
Client retention through contract extensions and involvement with associated tendering activity
On time in full delivery of client rollouts through use of critical path planning
Sales growth through active promotion of cross-selling and account development
Completion of relevant KPI and ad hoc reporting
Management of client orders and stock levels
The most desirable applicant for the National Account Manager will have proven experience of B2B account management alongside the ability to work within a dynamic, customer centric environment.
