We are Toad Hall Nursery Group. Having been established for over 30 years with 12 nurseries across the Southeast, we are excited to be expanding with our newest nursery opening in Crawley this summer.

Our Horley nursery is located in the heart of Horley with easy access to the trainline and bus services. In 2018 our nursery underwent a major refurbishment, expanding our nursery rooms which are now contemporary, light and spacious. Each age group has an allocated garden that enables a range of outdoor learning experiences. We pride ourselves on the family feel we have in the nursery for staff, children, and parents alike. In 2016, our team were awarded a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating.
Room Leader role (Full Time)
Team Leader role (Full time and job share opportunities available)
These role are open to those with an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.
You’re an able and enthusiastic leader, a people person who can communicate well with others at all levels, from employees to young children. With previous experience of leading a team, you’ll have an excellent understanding of all standards and requirements that our nursery needs to comply with, including the EYFS, Ofsted and Health and Safety

Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery by adhering to the relevant policies and procedures.
Building relationships with children and communicating well with their parents.
Suitable qualifications: an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, and the ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities.
To be aware of the role of planning, observation and keeping records when caring for nursery aged children.
Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and meeting their needs.
