This role will manage the company's web development agency and a growing team of 6 across various functions to execute growth projects and meet KPIs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Web Development (UX, CRO, backend data & systems management, AB testing)
Web Operations (packaging, 3PL management, fulfilment, integrations, retail)
Trading and Content Management (PIM, traffic segmentation, merchandising, search, SEO)
Analytics (Hotjar insights, page performance, trading, customer feedback surveys)
US & UK Customer Service (email, live chat, phones, in-store)
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
~10+ years experience, ideally within fashion.
~ Technical and logistical ecommerce, managing core systems integrations and logistics processes (e.g., Shopify Plus, APIs, ERPs, 3PLs, RMAs, carriers, taxes/duties).
~ Managing web developers and external software providers to optimize the user experience.
~ Leading customer service agents and web operations specialists.
~ Excellent managerial, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
