The Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs. This includes managing program status, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives.
Coordinate with teams, Engineering Leads, Product Owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
Providing insight by helping teams define and track metrics that align with program and business outcomes.
Undertake tracking of progress being made towards project milestones and provide early identification of headwinds.
Ensure clear project visibility for multiple audiences, including senior management and key stakeholders, through concise reporting highlighting progress against milestones.
Drive innovation and adoption of Agile practices.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
Experience with risk management, release planning, and program documentation.
