Front of House Assistant

You will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors, directing calls and providing information about our services, ensuring efficient and smooth office operations. Answer, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.

Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email relating to the office environment to stakeholders.

Take ownership of meeting room set up throughout the building.

Assist with booking taxis and other reasonable requests.

Assist teams to facilitate use of building amenities.

Take ownership of the relationship with the building front of house team.

Previous Front of Office/Receptionist experience is preferred.

Fluency in English is a must.
