Job Type: Fixed Term Contract for 18 months

This is a fantastic opportunity for a planning solicitor wanting to be involved in complex and interesting planning matters and to gain experience to progress their local government careers given the level of member contact.
You will play an instrumental role in delivering the Councils local plan by providing strategic planning and highways advice. You will work closely with both the planning and highways departments and act as the legal advisor to the Development Management Committee which meets on a monthly basis.
They are looking for a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience of providing planning and highways advice. Planning applications
