You’ll create the brand vision and rolling 3 year product & brand strategy. You’ll also drive brand performance across all international markets in a consistent and compelling way.

As International Marketing Manager, what will you be doing?  

  • Leading the long term brand vision & development of central brand strategy

  • Responsible for development of brand equity & driving consistently across all countries

  • Leading the development of brand communication using the UK as lead market

  • Create and build support for NPD strategy and 3 year pipeline

  • Create energy and passion for the brand and leads key International meetings 

  • Reviewing country performance insights and reports against key business targets

  • Leading Pack Architecture with lead market UK

  • Leading Sustainability strategy and communication

  • Responsible for regular Quality reviews

  • Best-in-class Marketing skills and strong understanding of consumer needs, market dynamics and trends

  • Experience in brand communication development and channel planning

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across multiple functions, cultures and stakeholders and to implement harmonised concepts and processes while also addressing local needs

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to explain concepts and ideas and convey how these will impact on the business

  • International experience and strong intercultural skills
