Job Title: Family Solicitor 3+ PQE Location: Swindon, Office based. Salary: DOE and PQE. Circa £40K - £60K Hours: Full Time, 9-5. Firm: Mid size Established. With strong core values, the general working environment is like no other. Championing equality, diversity and professional development. EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualified Solicitor or equivalent in Private Family Law
  • Candidates with Legal Aid experience with some Private will also be considered.
  • You must be confident managing a wide range of Family Law matters including but not limited to cohabitation, pre/post nuptial agreements, divorce, finances and children matters
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to build a network and caseload to build the department further.
  • Develop and maintain strong client Relationships
ABOUT YOU:
  • Friendly, approachable can do attitude.
  • Must be comfortable in an office setting working independently
  • Comfortable dealing with difficult situations while keeping a calm manner.
  • Motivated.
  • Driver's license preferred, you may need to travel between offices or to client meeting when required.
  • Ideally a member of Resolution Family Law Panel
