Your Role:

- Assisting the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate project logistics and timelines.
- Providing ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-installation.

What We're Looking For:


- Experience in Renewable Energy: A background in renewable energy, particularly solar panels, is essential for this role. Previous experience in sales support within the solar energy industry is highly preferred.


- Sales Support Expertise: Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, with a track record of providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients.


- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.


- Organizational Skills: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail is crucial for success in this role.
