Engage individuals in constructive activities and routines while ensuring their safety and well-being. Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individualised care plans. Collaborate with colleagues to de-escalate challenging situations and promote positive outcomes. Demonstrate compassion, patience, and understanding in all interactions.To be successful in your specialist support worker application, you will:: Previous experience working with individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome or in a similar setting. Confidence in managing challenging behaviours and using de-escalation techniques effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries. Commitment to providing consistent support and flexibility in scheduling. Valid driver's licence and business insurance preferred. PVG clearance or willingness to undergo background checks.
