Balfour Beatty VINCI is proud to be designing and building a 90KM stretch of the West Midlands section of HS2. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sub Agent within the Tunnels Structures and Civils Team
This role will be based on site at our Bromford will cover works associated to structures surrounding the tunnel external construction, Shaft Building and civils.
Ensure the Inspection and Test Plans, and Quality Check Sheets are completed as soon as the checks can be completed to ensure that the works are delivered to specification.
• In association with the Section Foreman, assess the plant and resource requirements to meet the demands of site and office based works.
• Produce / Approve method statements and risk assessments and ensure they are being followed throughout the works.
• Preparing and issuing Temporary Works Briefs to the relevant design departments.

Balfour Beatty VINCI have been awarded a 90km section of the HS2 project from Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and on to Handsacre in Staffordshire. Overall, we will be building the following across all our sites:
•Building four motorway crossings requiring box structures
•Six interfaces with the existing rail requiring both dive-under and overbridge structures
