Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DV Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have an active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance and experience in administrative roles within a defence or secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team.
  • Manage and maintain secure documentation and records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as an administrator, preferably within a defence or secure environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
