Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Bridge communication between engineering, design, and product teams to align objectives and deliverables.
  • Oversees the engineering team, roadmap and delivery
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, proactively address challenges, and gather requirements to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain technical oversight to uphold best practices in architecture, coding standards, and testing.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in software or product engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role .
  • Strong foundation in software development and systems design .
  • Proven ability to thrive in a start-up or scale-up environment , managing rapid growth, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams involving engineering, design, and product management .
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-based architectures .
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills .
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage conflict, and drive problem-solving initiatives .
  • Passion for fostering inclusive and collaborative team cultures .
