Macmillan Distribution is recruiting an experienced Key Accounts Coordinator to join our Key & Speciality Accounts Team within our Customer Operations department. Reporting directly to the Key & Speciality Accounts Manager, you will take full ownership of all aspects of managing designated Key Accounts including resolving all queries, scheduling and attending regular meetings with the customers and providing monthly business reports.
Understanding Key Account customers requirements
Resolving and responding to queries and claims promptly
Monitor the despatch performance of orders assisting in warehouse workload management
raising and testing change management forms as required
Recent experience key accounts management
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (preferably 2010)
Flexible and willing attitude with a good team working ethos
A thorough understanding of Customer Services Processes 
This is an exciting role which requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative and the ability to work with limited supervision, plus the flexibility to cope with a varied workload. Knowledge of the complexities of the publishing distribution market would be a bonus
As such, you will need to demonstrate the ability to be a great communicator with colleagues, external publishers, customers and carriers and be an ambassador for the business. Alongside this, you will need to have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and previous experience of key account management.  00pm, Monday to Friday (with an hour for lunch).
