Clinical Nurse Trainer & Homecare Nurse Field-Based - South of England Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced nurse educator who enjoys combining teaching with hands-on clinical practice? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Trainer & Homecare Nurse to join our field-based team across the South of England. This hybrid position is ideal for a confident trainer who's passionate about developing nurses' clinical skills while maintaining direct patient contact through community-based care. About the Role In this dual role, you'll primarily focus on training and developing nurses across our clinical teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. You'll also provide specialist support to patients in their homes when required. Key responsibilities include: * Designing, delivering, and evaluating clinical training programmes for nurses (face-to-face and virtual) * Assessing and maintaining nurses' competencies in line with clinical standards and best practice * Supporting onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing professional development of nursing staff * Providing expert clinical care to patients in the community as part of a flexible, hybrid schedule * Acting as a clinical role model and point of reference for nursing colleagues * Auditing and reviewing training quality, compliance, and outcomes * Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to SOPs, SeOPs, and NMC Code of Practice About You We're seeking a motivated and credible clinician with a strong background in education.
