As Property Manager within this specialist team, you will be responsible for working with estate owners and leaseholders to manage the day-to-day upkeep of a varied portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This role is not estate agency and will instead therefore bear responsibility for not only overseeing contracted maintenance but also attending client meetings, regularly liaising with surveyors and contractors to resolve complex issues, project managing major works and preparing budgets, producing regular reports and co-ordinating compliance with legal obligations alongside other ad-hoc duties.
