Mechanical Assembly Technician Location:

Pinchbeck, Spalding Salary:

£12 - £14 per hour Hours:

8:00pm to 4:30pm Monday to Friday Do you thrive in a hands-on environment and have a knack for solving problems? Our clientwas established in 2022 to offer innovative agricultural solutions and to incorporate Simtech UK and Tillso machinery under one name working alongside the sister company. Theyre on the lookout for a driven Assembly Technician to become an integral part of their expanding team As an Assembly Technician, youll be instrumental in the production process, from initial assembly to delivering top-notch finished products. The Role Assemble parts and components following detailed instructions and engineering specifications Inspect finished products for accuracy and functionality Independently troubleshoot and resolve any assembly-related issues that may arise Maintain a tidy and well-organized workspace, in line with our safety protocols Occasional foreign travel to fix, maintain and assemble machines at dealers premises Skills and Experience A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable assembly role would be advantageous Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to follow complex instructions A proactive problem-solving approach Effective communication and teamwork skills Benefits Paid overtime available for most of the year To Apply If you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for this reputable company, then please do not hesitate in applying.
