As a Support Staff member, you will be an integral part of our Building Surveying team, providing essential assistance and support in assessing the structural integrity of buildings. This is a temporary role with a duration of three years, aimed at aiding our surveyors in their critical work.
Collaborate closely with Building Surveyors to assist in evaluating building structures.
• Conduct on-site visits and inspections to gather relevant data and information.
• Aid in analysing and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, as necessary.
• Help maintain accurate records of assessments, inspections, and findings.
• Support the surveying team in administrative tasks and project coordination.
Background or education in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for data collection and report preparation.
• Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction and surveying industry.
