One of their divisions operating within Hampshire, are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team, responsible for managing multiple new and existing projects across Hampshire and West Sussex.
**We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
**Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
* Coordinate and lead site teams, including site managers, engineers, and contractors
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, including procurement and contract administration
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly and effectively
* Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and quality standards
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site, in accordance with company policies and industry regulations
**Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams
* Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
* Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification (or equivalent)
