  • Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement global delivery workflow processes for Integrated, ABM and Field campaigns that focus on scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness. Implement and elevate marketing program management methodologies and frameworks, driving standardization in execution by looking for opportunities to integrate and automate processes. Integrate data analytics and dashboard management into strategy development, leveraging insights for informed decision-making and optimization.

What we will require of you
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing PMO, or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of driving improvements in pipeline performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and spend efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across different levels of an organization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
