As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with SEMH needs in Tower Hamlets. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their academic and personal development.

SEMH Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

As SEMH Teaching Assistant in this outstanding school in Tower Hamlets, you will:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs, both inside and outside the classroom.

Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans and Behavior Support Plans to address specific student needs.

Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.

Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to the teaching team as needed.
