Experience Proven experience of leading on planning policy projects, including the commissioning and leading on the preparation of evidence base and Development Plan Documents. A comprehensive understanding of Community Infrastructure Levy and S106 legislation, as well as other legislation and policy relevant to infrastructure planning and delivery, including emerging Government proposals. The ability to deal with major and complex planning policy matters, in relation to the preparation of infrastructure and viability related projects. The ability to conduct and manage multiple infrastructure work streams and to analyse, interpret and summarise large amounts of information. Provide expert advice and guidance on planning strategies, policies, and regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards. Recent and demonstrable experience of working with external partners, statutory bodies, elected members and developers/house builders. Strong project management skills, including recent experience of managing complex projects and using project management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
