This role is pivotal in leading the development and implementation of analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and mentoring analytics development teams and possess deep expertise in Power BI and related technologies. 
Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business requirements
~Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability in all analytics solutions
~Utilise advanced Power BI features, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Power Query and dataflows
~Integrate Power BI with various data sources, such as SQL databases, cloud services and APIs
~Implement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive information

Provide training and support to end-users to maximise the value of analytics tools

Experience in analytics engineering or a related field
~Experience with Microsoft Power BI, including advanced data modeling and Microsoft Purview
~Proficient in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes
~Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies is a plus (e.g., Tableau, QlikView)
