The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of energy and building services projects across the UK and this role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management.

Project Management: Oversee multiple energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other operational staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize project efficiency and productivity.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all projects meet regulatory and company standards.
Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and prepare financial reports. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and operational issues to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven experience in operations management within the energy, building services, or related industry.
Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Ability to travel across the UK as required.
