Support continuous improvement of digital user experience across multiple channels.
Define interactivity and design solutions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Champion user-centric design, ensuring their needs inform all solutions.
Contribute to the design system and best practices within the UX community.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.
Experienced in designing consumer-focused digital projects with strong UX principles.
Skilled in interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
Proficient in Figma and familiar with HTML/CSS for interactive prototypes.
Holds a BA in Graphic Design or related field with a current portfolio showcasing online design expertise.
Comfortable working in agile environments and adopting new technologies.
Enthusiastic about continuous learning and design innovation.
