What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and implement the Cockpit Programme Integration Process
  • Manage all programmes within defined constraints
  • Ensure that external demands placed on the team are reasonable, realistic and achievable
  • Understand the availability of resource within the team, including awareness of individual’s specialist skillsets
  • Manage input into WSC milestones and CSR
  • Co-ordinate the completion of EFR returns to the New Business team
  • Attend daily/weekly meetings to report progress and to provide specific Cockpit input to external forums
  • Act as a focal point for all new demands

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Experience of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel and Project
  • Experience of JIRA Agile Project Management tool, would be an advantage
  • Must be capable of prioritising and progressing concurrent tasks and reporting on these
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement across all levels of an organisation
