My client is a well-funded D2C retailer with sustainability at their core. There are exciting plans afoot and with that comes the need to hire an experienced Senior Ecommerce Executive. The successful hire will shape online strategy, drive online sales.
Own and manage daily trading and content on the D2C website
Optimise customer experience, increasing conversion and driving growth through ecommerce strategy
Analyse sales data, customer trends and competitors, delivering actionable insight to inform trading strategy
Own website updates including new landing page creation, trade calendar and web content
Implement A/B testing programs to optimise the customer experience
Partner with colleagues in brand and marketing to create fully integrated campaigns inline with overarching brand strategy
Oversee onsite content and product data
Own product reporting and pricing strategies to maximise sales opportunities
Monitor and report on Ecommerce KPIs
Proven experience in a high growth fast paced ecommerce environment
A data driven mind with an eye for creativity
