The role is for someone who has experience working in sales. We need somebody that can think on their feet to ensure that every customer goes away remembering the high-quality service that Lead Tech provides. We are proud of this commitment to regulatory excellence. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, ensuring our customers receive the assistance they need. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of connecting with customers who seek financial advice through social media and specific Lead Tech websites. These individuals are looking for guidance on various financial matters, including pensions, investments, equity release, and mortgages. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with these customers, understand their needs, and schedule appointments with our team of financial advisors.

This means you'll be connecting with individuals who have already expressed interest in financial advice.

Outside of outbound calls, there may be some tasks to support the sales teams, so high attention to detail is a must. To wrap up, to do this role you will be target-driven, creative and goal orientated. This role is working full time hours between 8.00pm, Monday - Friday and working 1 Saturday every 6 weeks

Following successful completion of the probationary period, the basic salary will be increased to £23,500.

* Additional pay: uncapped monthly bonus
