As Lead Planner, you’ll guide complex civil engineering and highways projects, combining technical rigour with strategic influence to ensure predictable, efficient, and commercially protected delivery.

Lead planning activities across NEC4-governed projects, from development to completion.
Manage change processes, EOTs, and compensation events in line with NEC4.
Lead programme reviews and provide commercial guidance on delays, disruption, and risk.
Deliver high-quality dashboards and insights using tools such as Power BI.
Facilitate collaborative planning workshops across multidisciplinary teams.
Conduct risk-based assessments, highlighting potential H&S impacts.
Drive continuous improvement and lean planning initiatives to enhance delivery performance.

You’re a highly experienced planner looking to take full ownership of infrastructure programme delivery. Strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure (highways, rail, utilities, major civils).
Commercial awareness, including experience contributing to claims or impact assessments.
Passion for driving planning excellence and consistency across delivery teams.

85,000 base salary plus £6,000 car allowance and all client-related travel costs.
