Global E&C - Site Based Administrators/Timekeepers

Global E&C have a requirement for Site based Administrators/Timekeepers to join the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing efficient and effective administrative support.
  • Establishing good working relationships with managers, supervisors, and colleagues.
  • Performing clerical and administrative duties associated with project start-up and steady state delivery.
  • Data entry into IGRIS and Tempest systems.
  • Reviewing data in the SOLAB system.
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Providing ad-hoc support for Engineering and Survey teams.
  • Covering reception and administrative duties for Business Units when needed.
  • Completing any other general duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Previous administration experience in a site-based role.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
