Report to the Helpdesk Manager whist working closely with Estates Managers, Contractors and the Property Team you will ensure all reactive repairs are managed to secure an early resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.

You will be covering a specific geographical area (Scotland), being the first point of contact on the Property Helpdesk.

You will have a Hybrid working pattern, allowing 2 days in the office and 3 from home, with occasional travel to Scotland once a month.

A flexible 35-hour week and 25 days annual leave will help you regain that healthy work-life balance.

You will be able to demonstrate your excellent customer care skills, whilst also receiving professional development support to further your skill set.
