As a dynamic and experienced HR professional, you’re looking for your next opportunity as People Partner to hit the ground running within the People team at Trinny London.
You will partner closely with teams and managers to drive positive impact on employee engagement and performance. Spearheading a strategic, inclusive approach to ER, you will also bring expertise and flair to the technical and challenging ER sphere and coach and develop people managers on practical ER management.
Your expertise in HR business partnering, coupled with a passion and strong capability within employee relations, will support our teams to new heights.

Partner with managers across dedicated teams, understanding people needs, challenges, goals, and opportunities, providing strategic HR advice and solutions to address these.
Be accountable for delivering tangible impact across teams from attrition, to engagement scores, and employee performance.
Ideate and execute key initiatives and projects within the people roadmap, autonomously and collaboratively with wider People team to bolster and enhance our people infrastructure and offering.
Administer key company-wide programs e.g. performance review cycles, engagement surveys.
Benchmark and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Work closely with senior managers and Talent team to create and maintain resource plans.
Regularly collate and report on key people data.
Optimise use and understanding of HR tools amongst managers and teams.
HR documentation and employee files maintained to a high standard, covering admin where required.
Employee Relations (ER)

Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations and provide guidance on any resulting actions including disciplinary, grievance and performance management.
Monitor ER trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve employee relations.
These skills will help you go far in this role:

Proven, hands-on generalist HR and business partnering experience.
Ability to produce written material to a high standard, including contracts, policies and procedures.
Experienced in stakeholder management at all levels, building strong relationships.
A genuine passion for employee relations, with a successful track record of problem-solving, strategising and results.
Expertise in data analysis to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
Proficiency in HR software and tools, Hibob a plus.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Relevant certifications in HR or ER are a plus.
Flexible working with core working hours.
