Our beautiful brand new spa offers an amazing retail space with easy off-street parking, additional treatment rooms and a new infrared sauna.
Boasting 8 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. endota spa is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Spa Manager / In Spa Trainer to lead and inspire our team of therapists. This role will work alongside the Spa Manager in the day to day management of the therapist team, operational performance and ongoing training and development.
This position is a full time opportunity, weekend availability a must, however this role will be on a rotating roster with every second weekend off. Your days will include a combination of client services, delivering training sessions and leadership management.
Minimum 2 years beauty experience
You hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience
A Cert IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous)
You are interested in further personal and professional development 
You have availability to work weekends
You have previous experience managing and supporting a team of dedicated therapists
You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy
You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire others with your customer service focus
You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills
