General Builder (Multi-Trade)
Role Overview:
My clients continued growth has provided them with an exciting opportunity to add new General Builders to the team who are multi-trade based. This role will be predominantly working as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team helping to deliver home renovation and extension projects.
To be successful in achieving this position you will be required to have experience completing:
* Groundworks & drainage
* Block work
* Insulating, boarding & plastering.
* Rendering
* Structural Alterations using steelwork.
* Landscaping projects
* Construction of extensions
* 1st Fix Carpentry i.e. Studwork, structural floors, roof framing
* 2nd Fix Carpentry i.e. Timber flooring, hanging doors, installing skirting architraves and window boards
* Tiling and grouting
* Decoration
* Have appropriate transport to get materials on way to site
This is a varied role with fast-pace, you will need to think on your feet, problem solve but is also fun and a friendly environment. The industry never stands still and throughout that constant movement they guarantee a support network that offers an experienced and focused team that enables everyone to achieve their goals.
Benefits for self employed:
* Self employed rate £170per day
* Employed £30-34k salary depending on experience
* 39 hour working week
* Business Mileage

* Full clean UK driving license
* Own set of tools
