Our consultants operate globally; in this role you will be focused initially on mid-senior level hires working as part of a team of Executive Search specialists in a high performance, collaborative and supportive environment. Leveraging established Client partnerships developed for over 10 years whilst developing new long-term relationships, you will receive guidance and strategic support and training to build your business, utilizing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Talent Insights and our automated business development software. The role is a 360-consultant role, supported by central functions in research, business development and operations; the role has the runway and internal support to move into a management position within 12months. Passionate about being an ‘employer of choice’ within the Recruitment space in Leeds, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on an already successful business, and use your experience already gained to kick on to the next level and play a pivotal role in shaping the business unit.
