*JOB DESCRIPTION: PART TIME BREAKFAST CHEF *

*Job Purpose: *

Consistent and timely preparation and service of breakfast food, ensuring that the highest quality, hygiene and service standards are met and maintained at all times in line with our guests’ expectations

*Reports to*: Executive Head Chef & Food & Beverage

*Key Duties and Responsibilities*: Preparation of hot food for breakfast service to the highest standard

Ensuring a consistently high level of food service at all times through knowledge of menu items and awareness of commodities used, preparation, methods and cooking
* Assisting as necessary with stock control
* Additional deep cleaning as necessary
* Ensuring kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned and relevant health and hygiene procedures are followed at all times

*The following key criteria and skills are required for this role:*
* Experience of working in a similar role within a high quality establishment
* Ability to run and maintain breakfast service
* Current certificate in Basic Food Preparation, Health and Hygiene or similar
* Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment and maintain a consistently high standard of food delivery under pressure
* Positive and flexible approach to work
* Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom

*Staff Benefits:*
* 28 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays) (pro rata for part time)
