What we expect

Amazing Cornish produce from local suppliers, organic farms and friendly fishermen offering varied cuisine with interesting influences and bold flavours with some Asian influence based upon owners tastes. Mostly based on local suppliers which is focussed mainly on fish and veg. Working in a small team and provide support and guidance. An interest and expertise when it comes to seafood, and ideally experience working at a standard to gain Michelin guide recognition or similar. Relaxed atmosphere with enjoyable music playing. Contracted Hours: 45 Shift details: Work life balance is maintained- 7 shifts maximum per week mid-summer - Opening in March - Thurs Fri Sat offering 4 days off each week preseason - Closed Sunday and Monday every week. Live in: Within a 5-minute walk from the restaurant. 1 room suitable for a couple and the other rooms are ideal for single occupancy. Around £100/125pw all inclusive. Team of 2 chefs plus KP often 3 in total when busier 24 seats inside the restaurant, 4x tables of 6 seats 120 covers per day max in Summer season
