Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute demand plans to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance to refine forecasts based on market trends.
  • Implement strategies to improve forecast accuracy and reduce waste.
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Facilitate and manage inventory review meetings.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

  • Proven experience in demand planning and forecasting.
  • Experience within the life science or similar industry would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in demand planning software and MS Office.
  • A thorough understanding of inventory management practices.
