Touchlight is currently seeking an HR Associate to join the HR department at Touchlight. The HR Associate is responsible for managing Recruitment and assisting with Onboarding/Offboarding, Employee Relations, Learning & Development and the rollout of HR Projects.
The HR Associate reports into the HR Manager. This is an operational HR position, with regular interactions with other departments.
The main activity of the HR Associate will be assisting and managing the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
Assist with employee relations and address employee inquiries.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
Assist in the implementation of HR Projects
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR relevant role is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office, People Management Software, ATS, Linkedin Recruiter.
