The bar is amazing, and will be a standout feature of the restaurant with a separate seating area, for guests to enjoy drinks and a separatebar menu.

We requirea friendly and charismatic Bar Manager who is passionate about food and drink. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar, creating cocktail lists, managing stock and ensuring the bar team deliver excellent standards of customer service to our guests.

As a Bar Manager, you will passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about working in an environment that has a neighbourhood feel with atmosphere that feels like an extension of you family, delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your passion for drinks, flexibility and leadership skills mean you can manage and mentor a bar team whilst creating the finish drinks
