This role offers Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the Taunton office.

Main responsibilities for the Mid-Level React Developer:

  • Build, test, and deploy robust web applications using React, Vite, and TypeScript.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
  • Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues, optimizing application performance.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain application competitiveness.
  • Guide and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements of the Mid-Level React Developer:

  • Strong JavaScript & TypeScript proficiency
  • Expertise in React hooks, state management, and context API
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Node.js, and Git
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Familiarity with Vite, ESLint, Prettier, Vitest, and CI/CD pipelines would be benficial
